Quote form submissions
When you submit our quote request form, your details (name, phone, email, moving addresses, moving date, service type and any notes) are collected and processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's form-handling service, and forwarded to our team by email so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept our cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies at any time, and this will not affect your ability to use the site or request a quote.
How long we keep your data
We retain quote enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a booking proceeds, for the duration of our contract with you plus any period required for accounting or legal purposes.
